At Furddiction, we are dedicated to bringing happiness to your pets, no matter where you are. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.
Delivery Times: To offer you the best curation of unique pet products, we source directly from global creators.
United Kingdom: Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days depending on the destination country.
Shipping Costs: We are proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders over £15.99. For orders under £15.99, a standard flat-rate shipping fee of £2.99 applies.
Customs and Import Taxes: Packages are shipped with customs duties prepaid in most cases. However, please note that customers are responsible for any destination customs fees or import duties if they occur.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. (For hygiene reasons, pet food bowls, beds, or clothing that have been heavily used or contain pet hair cannot be accepted).
How to Start a Return: Please contact our support team at hellofurddiction@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the package.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
