   Our Customer Care team isn't made of robots; we are real pet lovers dedicated to making sure you and your companion have the absolute best experience with our store, from the moment you browse to the day your package arrives.

   Whether you have a question about the perfect size for a dog bed, need help tracking your order, or just want to share a cute photo of your pet using our gadgets, we are always here and happy to help.

   Buying online should feel safe and easy, and we want you to shop with 100% confidence knowing that we’ve always got your back.

    Drop us a line at hellofurddiction@gmail.com. We do our very best to get back to every single email within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). To help us assist you faster, please include your Order Number if you’re asking about a purchase. We promise to listen, care, and make things right, because getting addicted to their happiness means making sure you are happy, too!

Privacy & Safety

   Your privacy is incredibly important to us. In strict compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act:  

   We only collect essential personal data required to process your order (such as name, address, and email). 

   Your payment details are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways (SSL technology). Furddiction never stores your credit card details.

   We will never sell or share your data with third parties outside of necessary fulfillment partners. 

Terms of Sale & Pricing

   All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. 

   We reserve the right to update product prices or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

   In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Order Cancellations and Amendments

   Because we aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible, amendments or cancellations can only be made within 6 hours of placing your order. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

Damaged or Faulty Items

   If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hellofurddiction@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
